3. Subscription Plans

Clients agree to pay a monthly subscription fee for unlimited access to graphic design services based on their chosen plan.
3.2 Payment
Payment is due monthly and must be made in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
4. Design Requests
4.1 Submission
Clients submit design requests through our online platform, providing detailed instructions and relevant files.
4.2 Revisions
A reasonable number of revisions are included. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
5. Turnaround Time
We aim for timely completion, but turnaround times may vary based on request complexity and workload.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
Upon full payment, clients own the intellectual property rights to the final design. Ossm.Design retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
6.2 Stock Assets
Ossm.Design may use stock assets; clients ensure appropriate licensing for third-party assets.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30-day notice. Ossm.Design reserves the right to terminate immediately for violations.
8. Refunds
Refunds are not available for unused portions of the subscription. Exceptions may be considered case-by-case.
9. Privacy Policy
By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
10. Changes to Terms
Ossm.Design may modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
